FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Townsville QLD, Australia. I work all over town and am happy to travel at the expense of the client. I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their dream photos.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive your gallery within 3 weeks from shoot date. I only offer sneak peaks for full shoots and if editing takes longer than 3 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
All packages come with an unlimited gallery. Unless I am doing a promo offer or a Mini Session with a set number of photos being offered. Photos can always be purchased when doing a promo deal.
Do you offer prints or keepsakes?
At the moment I don't offer prints or keepsakes with any of my packages. However I can definitely recommend great printing companies.
Do you offer a client closet?
Currently I don't offer a client closet. However it is something I do look forward to doing in the future. If you need any advice on what to wear for a shoot, I am happy to help give recommendations.
